  • The Best Hand Cleaner I’ve Ever Used!

I’ve been doing some body work, getting an accumulation of JB weld, bondo, flex seal, primer, spot putty and lacquer on my hands. ••••••••what a mess. This miracle substance cleans it ALL off and is completely gentle on the hands. What Can it Be??????? Lemon Scented Behold Spray Furniture Polish! Spray some on, rub your hands for a while, dribble on some dish soap and wash off. You Will Be Amazed!

My go-to is a blob of Go-Jo with a dash of washing soda (sodium carbonate, not bicarbonate). Scrub hands with Go-Jo and the soda, which acts like grit in the lanolin base of the hand cleaner. Once the hand cleaner has fully liquefied on your hands, dip them into a sink full of water, and continue washing. The soda saponifies the lanolin, making a mild soap, which rinses off clean, leaving no oily residue on your hands. Washing soda is a mild base, and won't sting even if there are cuts on your skin.

I am a sucker for "Tub O' Towels." Not only will they clean everything off your hands, they take the print off Wix/NAPA oil filters and also the print off spark plug wires.

Someone brought Tub O Towels to an event. What a stupid name and idea. I was shocked to find how well they worked!

I use a spray bottle of Simple Green Concentrate cleaner, followed by paper towels. The Simple Green cleans most everything off my hands very quickly.
