That is sad to see if it is the same property where the Older owner had his Museum, Nice Studes. stored etc.
He was a serious Stude. collector and drove them.
When I was there last he had his steam Engine running 24 Seven ! And his Stude. Race car on display.

After he died, it must have fallen on bad times and or, no one left to help run it.

          Thanks Rich,

As you already know, I now have TWO Diesels, my '63 with the 96" BBC front similar to the one above, and the 1962 7E45E I brought home in 2021, which is the Edmonton truck that Evan (aka 'fargoguy') found on Kijiji.

I hope this one, 8E45E-705 finds a good home, if it has not already.

          Craig

I have always admired the coupes of the 30's and the Stude at 5:20 sure looks like it could be brought back with very little body work, at least very minimal rust repair. I wonder if it is complete and who one would contact to acquire it?

I sold Don the E45. He picked it up at the 95 ATHS meet in Spokane and drove it to Arizona. Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_3790.jpg Views:	0 Size:	89.9 KB ID:	2046094 Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_3787.jpg Views:	0 Size:	98.7 KB ID:	2046095

Wow Steve, in 1995 that 1962 7E45E WAS in beautiful condition !

Was that your 4X4 Pickup on the back?
Did He add the Left Exhaust Stack?

One of those I never should have sold Trucks. It’s painful to see it weathering away in Arizona. Hopefully someone can get it and put it back to work. Yes that is my 4 Wheel Dive on the back. It had to tow the E-15 that was being towed by the E-45 back home.
It looks like Don removed the factory exhaust stack that was painted silver and put 2 chrome stacks on.
The 55 on the back in the second picture was sold to a forum member in Spokane a few years earlier.
                  That was a great meet.
                  Steve

Here is an amazing Photo from the Gold King Mine Website:
It is just amazing reading about all the Buildings, Schoolhouse and vehicles that Don Hauled in there and built all by himself.

He was very resourceful about finding ways to make just a few bucks, enough times to survive quite well.

If you only make $10.00, but enough times, it adds up quickly, he had visitors from around the World and found a way to entertain them even children !
