289 engine rebuild or repair - Texas area - help needed

Looking for someone who can rebuild or repair a 289 from a 1958 Packard Hawk in the Texas area. Engine ran when I acquired it, but was smoking and may have dropped a valve. McCullough supercharger is there but not hooked up and is missing some parts.

Mark Frank is too busy so looking for other suggestions. Any help appreciated.

Check with Barry Hackney (AKA Texas Rebel) in Houston area. He refinished and replated a bunch of parts from my '57 Clipper Wagon and did a great job.
