Terrific site, Ray! I wish you and your place were a lot closer to Kent, OH! I'm one of those guys who needs a Studebaker mechanic nearby and it seems like it's getting harder to find one all the time (even though I'm patient and would leave the guy alone!). So what do I do? Buy a second Stude! Go figure!

Does that fellow still own that '56 Packard Caribbean convertible in Kernersville? It was sold new by my friend, the S/P dealer in little Greenville, PA and looked beautiful when I saw it in Kernersville in '98. It was serial 5699-1258, only 18 cars from the last Packard convertible built. (Amazingly, the dealer in Sharon, PA, only about 15 miles away, sold one too, and it was owned by the original owner until he passed away maybe ten years ago.)

E-mail address is posted in lots of places, I probably will add a support/info e-address. I might add town/state, but phone numbers are OUT! I will not even have a phone at my shop. I'd never get anything done. I had one for my shop the first year... and dropped it very quickly. Dropped the phone-book listing too..
"No, I don't want to "restore" your '85 Cutlass for $250"
"how much it be to paint's my cahhh?
"wanna buy some Goodyear air hoses? Filters for your booth?"
"want to advertise your business in Cosmo? Full page ad for only $3K"

I'll advertise when I need something to do....
