  • Paging Radio Roy

I got the radio out of my Hawk today. Eventually I’ll have some kind of radio in there but for now I was wondering if this was an original equipment radio and are these useful for parts? I don’t know if it works or not but I’d like to see it go somewhere useful instead of just sitting on my shelf for the next few years.

I am not Radio Roy but in a previous post on the forum "Late model radio information" dated 11-28-2021 Radio Roy does list that radio as 1956-7 Hawk manual (not push botton). I also found a new radio on Ebay for $20.00 and he did tell me tell me the same thing.

I second that: If the tag says AC 2746 Delco it's for the Chamion Commander and President . Hard to read

As others have said, this is a manual tuning radio for 1956 and 1957 Hawks.

            Good eyes, boys!
