What is the paint code for Turquoise 63 Avanti

I doubt that you are going to be able to match an original paint code for the nitrocellulose lacquer as used on an Avanti that would do you much good. There used to be cross referenced formulas to more modern paints, but even the cross referenced paints might be obsolete.

I recall looking at a 1960’s Buick (mebbe Riviera) turquoise that was very close?

FWIW, Avantis were painted with acrylic lacquer.

I suggest you contact TCP Global. I have purchased paint from them before and they have a close match to most colors. They can provide acrylic enamel, acrylic lacquer, or urethane in either single stage or BC/CC. Otherwise, you can take a sample to your local paint supplier to have them computer match.

P-6332 is the Studebaker paint code.

PPG code in the shopline brand is 12525 You might have them eliminate the J70 medium aluminum from the formula, and add additional fine aluminum (J73) as the original paint was lacquer, and did not have the coarser aluminum.
