My Sky Hawk always has dirt in the trunk. I've removed the lining and taken out the spare but can't find any holes or breeches in the bottom, which was replaced when the car was restored about 15 years ago. Suggestions?

Probably need to replace your trunk lid rubber weatherstrip.

I am with Skip on this one, the trunk seal is the likely culprit. There is a lot of air swirl at the back of a car.

You mention that the car was restored 15 years ago. Was it sand blasted for the restoration? I’ve seen many cars that were sand blasted for the restoration and the sand seeps out of the cracks and crevices forever.
