        That is a desirable Starlite coupe. If it is restorable, do it.

          That is because they are tube type. I have lots of old equipment with tubes and they are much more dependable over the later "tubeless" type.(just not as convenient to service).

              Dealer Advertising Plates, Chrome Scripts, Decals and License Frames were popular "in the Day" and all Cars sold got them at Most all Dealers, but of course not a Lot have survived this many years, yours are neat!
