  • Good Parts that I Don't Want to Store

I do not like to throw away perfectly good Studebaker parts, but also have limited room to store some stuff. Case in point: well worn but serviceable 56 P-Hawk front bench seat. Is there a way to know if this really is worthless and suitable only for the trash? At first I thought I was gonna make some money on it, but now would simply like to give it away so that at least it finds a new home other than in a landfill.

I also have a front sway bar and hubcaps that seem to have zero demand.

    Thanks,
    Rafe

The Pleated Red Vinyl Seats look very much the SAME as the '59 to '61 Hawk Seats, either reupholstered that way or actually FROM one! There is No resemblance I can see to a '56 "Roll Back" Seat.

The '63 Lark Wheelcovers should be an easy Store if you have to, just nail each 2 on the Garage wall.

Yes, hub caps are easy to store, but I don't expect to ever use them and they seem to have no value. The red seats are fabric, I guess I was looking for one of two responses: 1) Trash them without feeling guilty 2) A source to sell or give them away.

Someone with a corroded rust belt car might like the seat adjuster tracks. Here in Barry County we use wheel covers and hub caps as dog dishes.

When I was running the wheel covers they were selling for $25 each if in good shape. I bought a couple of them. That was several years ago, before a buck lost most of its value.
