Hydrovac Service Letter

I have a Hydrovac i installed on my 62 champ pickup.I won the
bid on Ebay for a service letter that states there is a
modification kit that will put 100 pounds more pressure&
produce a softer pedal feel.The number of the kit is
1565515 any body know what parts are in this kit.

What is the date and number of the service letter?

That would be Service Letter number D-1965-1 issued on June 1, 1965. The kits came with four pages of installation instructions.
