Is there a place where I can post a couple of Packard items I need help evaluating to find value ?

Clipper grille..55 I think (no side pieces)
Visor mirror with "Packard" name

Yes. Ebay! That's the short and honest answer. But probably not what you were looking for.
There will be some people on here that are educated on Packard stuff. Better would be the aaca forum. Although I don't recall seeing valuations there.
