      As I last recall, the sedans ended up in California. I don't remember who did it but pictures and the story was in the old defunct ALT Studebaker forum.

            That is right Jeff. Too many cobwebs sometimes in the brain area. Still hoping that one of the cars will be restored if for nothing else to see what the company was thinking of their direction of the cars was at the time.

                Aside from the prodtruding Edsel-like headlight treatment, the design is well proportioned and clean.
                Unfortunately, the "face" of the car is what people notice first.

                  I remember looking at those cars when Pat Drnec had them in his warehouse in LA. They were in rough shape and would be really tough to restore as there were many missing parts on both cars. Bud
