49 truck front splash pan

I just purchased a 49 2R C cab and I noticed that all of the 49 trucks have looked at have 1 chevron stamped into the pan. Mine has 2. Question why or is that a custom made item ?

They all have two but one is behind the grille. Your bumper looks like it has been extended forward.

There should be 2 small holes on the top of the bumper directly below the left headlight. This is where the license plate bracket originally was located.
