1960 Lark bumper jack hold-down?

Can anyone send me a picture or diagram on how to secure the bumper jack in my 1960 Lark convertible. I have all of the pieces but can't figure out how to tie them down. I see a tab with a hole in the lower right corner. Is this used to to hold the jack?

AFAIK not a single Lark left the factory with a hub cap on the spare.

I always Loved '60 Convertibles, and never owned a Convertible.
I like this one I saved a Picture of, one of the reasons is that Maroon Looking Interior modified from Red I believe.
