Rather hard to say which is more sought after. Each has so much going for them. So much depends on condition, originality, 6 or V8, price, and location. An over-priced car too many miles away versus a reasonably priced car that you could drive home has to be taken into consideration. Some of us (probably quite a lot of us) are on a budget with various skill sets. Just saying. I love my 53 Commander Coupe with original V8. But I also love a friend's 54 Commander Coupe.
Studebaker! If you're lucky enough to own one, you're lucky enough!!!

Many of us have fallen victim to a pretty face, or the promise of quick cosmetic makeover will be the same as a restoration. To quote an old friend "It ain't happenen bub." Unless you're young and committed to thousands of hours of work, and countless dollars spent, I feel that the best car is the one that needs the least amount of work. It doesn't answer the question of which is most sot after, which would require two cars of identical condition, but we know that two cars are seldom found that are in identical condition. IMHO it's all about condition. If you get the right car (best condition) you will learn to love it.
