  • Trunk Jacking Instructions For 61 Hawk

Does anyone have a picture or reproduction of the sheet placed in the trunk on jacking and storage for a 1961 Hawk? I like that kind of stuff in the car, it adds a flavor of the day. Thanks. Jim

I have never seen one except for Avanti. Even vendors dont list it.

'58 Packards and Avantis have them, but not much else, I don't think there were any.

People, especially young dumb sixteen years old, could also start jacking up a car and the jack start going off at an angle. Standing near one when the jack slipped could be dangerous. Ask me how I know.

In those Days a lot of people could figure out how to.... Here's a good quote from a Model A Club Forum. " In the old days the owner's manual was 30 pages and explained setting the timing and how to adjust the valves. Now the owner's manual is 400 pages and advises don't drink the battery acid." Who is smarter?
