Was going thru some Studebaker memorabilia that's been packed away and came across two Studebaker Dealer key chains/registration holders from Kansas. One is from Don Schmid Motor Inc. in Wichita KS, and the other is from The Stremel Motor Company in Dodge City KS. Picture below.

Does anyone own a Studebaker that was sold at one of these dealerships?

First of all - it's WICHITA.

Second, Don Schmid was the last Studebaker dealer in town when Studebaker closed their doors. Midway member Gary Baty purchased a used '66 Wagonaire there in 1970. I became the 3rd owner when I bought it from Gary about 8 years ago. Sold it to an SDC member in Kentucky about 4 years ago.

I have no info on the Dodge City Studebaker dealer, but there are SDC members in western Kansas who could answer that question.
