I believe that it is a STARLINER, not STARLIGHT (definitely not "Starlite" as you originally titled the topic) owned by Wayne Carinni (sp?) and covered at length here in the past.

That's Wayne Carini's 1954 Commander Starliner (HT). He has a automotive restoration show on TV. The car is a very low miles, original sutvivor.
