  • Anyone do vinyl lettering?

I was wondering if anyone knows it can do some vinyl for the side of an Avanti. I want it to be like the Bonneville cars and say Avanti R3 Powered. See picture below.

Most sign shops do vinyl today.

DoItYourselfLettering.com has always been excellent for me. Their design tool is pretty intuitive and the outlining-of-letter feature is amazing. The quality is professional.

I used http://www.vinyl-decals.com/ for the big numbers on our Bonneville car. That was pretty easy as I was just ordering numbers in a particular typeface and size. I never ordered anything but white with no borders. Your picture looks like the letters have a red border? I'd be inclined to find a local shop so I could work directly with someone there to get the design just like the original.

I wanted some T shirts made once with part of it a familiar logo. Nobody would touch it due the logo being a trademark. You might run into the same problem. Silverplate is right, seek out a sign shop. Perhaps they have a font that would be close that's technically not a trademark.
You likely have "auto wrap" type businesses nearby; there are at least three near me. They can do custom graphics. Here's an example of one near me https://autographixne.com/custom-graphics/
