  • Tool Box Champ Bed

Does anyone know of a utility box, and source, that can be mounted on the bed-wall behind the cab or along the inside of the bed-sidewall of a Champ P-2 wide -box? The spare tire is bed-mounted just behind the passenger-side cab of the truck. Thanks

We have one that came from a T100 , It was given to us so I cant confirm this as the original owner has passed , But it fits perfect , Ed

Have you thought about mounting the spare under the bed? Then you could use a regular size tool box behind the cab.

Am going with a smaller box that fits along the front of the box next to the spare. Thanks for the thoughts.

Why not keep an eye out for the factory offering?

Awesome Craig! It would be like finding a Truckload of 99.9 % GOLD Bars to find a usable one of THOSE!

You just could not find a More Useful and Universal "Job Rated" Truck Utility Body than THAT, especially not in 1963.

This one-off Factory Sanctioned Prototype Crewcab Diesel comes to mind:

These were released in the fall of 1963 - unless someone went through the 1964 8E production orders to know for sure, there is probably a chance none were fitted on a Champ.

There must be at least ONE out there that was used for the advertising photo-shoots!!
