Some of the body has paint on it. We got a very close color match so painted the firewall and door jambs. The rest of the body is in primer. Now after all the body work I am turning my attention to the chassis. Here is Super Red in base/clear. So far so good. Ron Paap is the painter. We traded engine work for painting labor. We both are paying our own material expenses. I think I'm getting the better deal on this!!

I now have to do the chassis so we can mount the body and trial fit everything before getting paint. That will be next summer before it will be painted. I want to be assembling it next year at this time.

Is this your car you've had forever, Jim? I think it is, right? BP

Bought it in March 1967 for $200. It was not roadworthy at the time.

I bought my 62 Daytona for $300 in 1967 and drove the hell out of it for 6 yrs before rebuilding it.
God Luck with your Lark. Your garage is really clean.
