Is Stockton Wheel Service still functioning?

I've been trying to contact Stockton Wheel Service in Stockton CA to no avail. I've called and left messages and sent emails. No answer or reply. Does anyone close to them know what is up with them?

At one time they reportedly "went out of business", I don't know if they Came back, I hope so.
That would really be too bad if they ARE gone, because they could MAKE ANY Wheel.

Their phone answering machine still works and the number is still active.

I got a response from Stockton wheel yesterday. They said they are very slow with minimal staff and struggling to obtain parts. They are still functioning.
