    Wayne,

    The Australia states/territories have been added to the end of the now labeled “States/Territories” pulldown menu.
    The Billing, Shipping and Credit Card “Zip”, would be your 4 digit Postal Code.

    If you do not see the “States/Territories” label above the entry block you may have to refresh the window to clear the old form from your system’s cache.

      This now sounds correct, to me. It is different from what you posted in #19.

        Gaye;
        Are you saying that the winner of the car has to pay the Keystone Club 24% to give the government.
        What if the winner does not have the 24%. It might be Federal law but I do not believe it is correct.
        I Collect more then 13,000 a year in Social Security each year and the Government does not require me to pre pay Income Tax on it, They also would allow me to pre pay the tax on my IRA distribution. I don't pre pay either.
        They offer to take it If I want to pre pay but do not require it.
        Yes I know there is a tax due quarterly if you expect to have too much money due at the end of the year. That is why I have had an accountant make out my tax since 1971. I did make out my own tax form from when I started working for wages in 1956 and with our kids when they started working. That was simple; short form.

              Ron, I would suggest you talk to your accountant concerning your question about Federal Withholding. I can tell you that casino, horse racing tracks and other betting places do withhold taxes as well. From experience many years ago Keystone got in trouble with the IRS over this very issue and that's when they changed the policy and began to do as the Tax law says that on winnigs above XXXX amount, you must withhold the Federal Taxes. Check out any ad in any auto related publication that offers a car or large amounts of cash or other high valued items for a prize and you see that they also will withhold Federal Taxes. I am not an accountant but have been down this road as the Keystone president and know Gaye is correct

                From various articles I've read, if you win a car on a TV game show you must pay the taxes (to the production company) before you get the car. Standard procedure. A moot question, of course, with me having already purchased the winning ticket.
