Duplicate Membership Renewal Notices

If you received two SDC membership renewal notices in the mail this month, you can ignore the second one. It is an exact duplicate of the first one. Unbeknownst to us, one of our printers malfunctioned and reprinted a grouping of renewal notices. Because everything is automated, no one knew it had happened until members started calling us asking why they received two. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. The SDC was NOT charged for the extra letters nor the postage.

I noticed today that I got two. A buck twenty postage to Canada. Got to hurt to eat that times however many, Mark.

I wonder if we could save SDC some postage costs by going to e-mail renewal?
