Unable Log In to Pay Annual Dues

I have been trying to log onto the web site to pay my annual dues and cannot do so.

Anybody know who to contact to figure this out?

I didn't think that dues were payable online. A direct answer to your question is; Cornerstone Registration.

It should work if you've set up your access codes.
On the SDC web site under "Member Area"
Then the user name and password you have previously set up, or change if you've forgotten-NOTE-these are different usernames and passwords than what you've used to open the forum.
Under your membership information it will tell you when your membership expires and has a hylerlink to "renew"
That will take you to the "Purchase Items" where you can renew on line and purchase items such as membership anniversary pins, rosters, etc.

I have done that and when I get to the log in I put in the correct user name and what I have written down as the password. It says incorrect so I select "forgot password". This takes me to a page where I enter my SDC number and answer a security question. When I submit that it comes back saying either the username, sdc number or answer to the security question is wrong, none of them are wrong!

I sent a message to Cornerstone!

That's what I would do if I lived south of the border but we can't send a check from Canada because we spell it cheque!

I opened another account and now it works! Go figure!

Well, I'm not sure it was the best or only answer but I opened another account with a different username and email. I was able to renew my membership as described above. Not sure what happened to the previous account but it's all working now.

Threads like this give guys like me heartburn Please, please, never create a new account just because you can't get into your old one. You have no idea how frustrating this is for people who maintain online databases.

Anyone who has a problem getting into their SDC online account should contact Mark Wheeler, wheelsm, the webmaster. If you look at the bottom of the SDC Login Page, you'll see the big Send Us An Email link at the bottom. You'll get a helpful response from him.

A telephone call to Cornerstone, and charging the dues to Mastercard or Visa, is quick and efficient. If you know your membership number that is helpful but not essential.

Paid my dues online faster than you can write a check, address an envelope and get it to the mailbox. Also got a immediate confirmation of payment.
