Did you check behind the seat of Bob's truck? Left some GT glass in there after Reedsville....[B)]

I talked to Bob and Ian by phone on Tuesday. They were both pretty pumped for the trip. I think they like the trek across the country together as much as the actual meet. [^]

I reminded Ian to stay on the right side of the road . He said that when he is driving, Bob is sleeping...but Bob always wakes up screaming at him about his driving.

I think there is a sitcom in this trip somewhere .

Ian followed me for 5 hours back from Reedsville when he picked up my buggy and stayed to the right side of the road. Don't know about the trip back....

Ok, thanks! Now I know. Bob mentioned your name when I was looking at some rear inner trunk pieces or where you getting the wagonaire rear quarters? I forgot already!

            I got the trunk pieces.

Did he have a complete rolling Daytona body in there somewhere?

              Ok Bob, where those for a 63 or 64, I couldn't tell.
I guess I could've gone for just the sides but my trunk was so far gone I figured just get the whole thing.
I bought the Classic Enterprise floor pans a while back but they don't look the same as the originals.
I think he had more C/K parts than anything except for the C and T cabs. Those looked nice.
He had a wagonaire crossmember someone was going to use in a 53 convert. If I had more money I would've bought a frame. They looked nice too.
The sides your getting looked nice

Actually those are for a 62. Mine has pinholes along the farthest vertical edge byt the taillights, and the boxes at the upper rear of the inner quarters. I could fix what I've got, but seeing as how he had them, it's easier to section panels than repair rust.

You're doing the smart thing. I sure wish I could get more of those rust-free tubs and bodies here for future use

I think you said it earlier about California cars and how they still rust, it's not perfect, maybe it got shook up during shipping.

There's a break in the back seam where the floor meets the back panel and a small hole on the left floor and a pinhole on lower side seam.

It's still a [u]lot</u> better than what I already have.
