All the Frick Studillacs were K bodies. There were many others built by other people. A K body is one of the easiest ways of determining a real Frick car or not.

Not all the Frick Studillacs were K-bodies.
Many of them were C-bodies and at least two
were 1954 Conestogas. Bill Frick converted
the Stude the customer wanted. So if the
customer wanted a 4-door Commander turned
into a Studillac Frick did that.

There was a Speedster at the South Bend meet last spring just bought and pulled out of long time storage that may have been a Frick conversion. They were trying to document it. It was vary saveable,

Whoa! That's fantastic! I wonder if they got it documented. Me and Pat Skelly are trying to document his Studillac as a Frick car, but so far it seems impossible. We have contact with Bill Frick's son and hoping that he can shed some light on the subject.
Do you have any info on that Speedster? The owner's contact info, pics of the car, etc?
