  • Good News of Jim Calhoun

I asked how Jim was doing on the Studebaker /Erskine AACA forum.

And this was the response I got from Wes (1948 Lincoln)

I am so happy he is home and recovering. I'm sure it will be a long and painfull ordeal but he is tough and will be back performing as soon as possible.

Unbelievable. What an account of courage and attitude by both of them. I can't imagine the pain he has had to endure. All of my family's thoughts go out to them during his recovery. Thanks for the update, guys. I hope they read the kind thoughts from their many fans on the forum wishing them the best of luck healing.

Leonard, Thanks as others have said and we surely need to keep Jim and his family in our thoughts and prayers as the healing process contiunes. Possibly you can continue to up the Group and also those at the International Meet in September. If you need a time and a place I bet we can arrange it.

I will be glad to help, but I think someone who knows Jim would be a better choice.

                      Poor guy!
Proves once again all it takes is one moment of carelessness, and the result can be so much suffering.
If he's in the SDC registry, I'll send him a g/w card.
