  • 63S20693 what was it please?

    A 1963 Studebaker model SF2 ,type 2 S on the title.I will assume a 2 door sedan.Anyone else fill in the blanks?Thanks!

    These are regular Studebaker symbols:
SF2, [u]S</u>, six cylinder car. [u]F2</u>, body symbol (in 1963) for a two door Standard.

The 2S sounds like DMV language for two door sedan.

This car is a 1963 Studebaker Lark Standard 2 Dr. Sedan 6 Cyl. A special low level trim model built mostly for fleets and commercial use. Everything would be an option, right hand sun visor, right hand arm rest, cigar lighter, back-up lights, locking glove box, body side mouldings, windshield and rear window mouldings etc.

It had at least one option, if it had Automatic Trans.! [:0]

And of course all of the other options not std. on better models either like: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Radio, Climitizer (Heating & Defrost System), Air Cond., Clock, Wheelcovers, Whitewalls, Tinted Glass, Jet Thrust R1 or R2 Engine etc.

I thought we covered this on your other post: "Can you identify this car?" [?]
