  • Studebaker-Worthington sold

It's official, Studebaker-Worthington has new owners. It has been sold to Main Street Bank in Kingwood Texas, and will remain in operation (I believe at their current office).

    Here's the news story:

IMHO it is not big deal as it is nothing more than a shell company used for leaseing of anything you want to buy on a lease. It is a far cry from what it was 30 years ago when a substantial portion of the company was a real company and not a dhell.

That would be ironic if the Studebaker National Museum leases computers or equipment from them. I'm sure they don't.
