It's official, Studebaker-Worthington has new owners. It has been sold to Main Street Bank in Kingwood Texas, and will remain in operation (I believe at their current office).

IMHO it is not big deal as it is nothing more than a shell company used for leaseing of anything you want to buy on a lease.
