  • 1964 Full Package R2 GT

    After nearly four years of FULL body off restoration of all mechanical, electrical and body, the car is ready for a trip to the International Meet in Mansfield Ohio in two weeks.

ID:	1729372Here is my "problem child".....also a full package R2.....she's been behaving all summer! She won't be at the International but she will be at the Pacific Southwest Zone Meet in Sacramento this Septemeber.....

        jbwhttail- Congratulations!! Wow, your Hawk turned out absolutely beautiful! You should be very proud. And to have it done in time for the International Meet is just awesome!! Congratulations again!

            It is so good to see these cars being returned to their original condition, or better, and put back on the road. One more returns to the highway!

ID:	1729374 It came along way in the past 90 days, the wife insisted it HAD to be done. I retired two years ago in October, I have had a "new" job since May..............complete the car. Or I guess face her wrath!

                  Jbwhttail - Too bad that it wasn't in Fed Fox's Feature Articles on '64 Hawks. Send him ssome pictures and decription and he may do an update.

                      Thanks. I guess that my picture is too small to see the details (wipers). I did see an antenna that appears to be sloped back rather than upright.

                      EDIT: It is a major complement if that is all that I notice on your excellent Hawk.
