Does anyone know of a Gold Sand 64 GT with Black vinyl interior? Its Serial number is 64V 7461. Does it survive?

I don't think so. I do not have the car to confirm. Just the service book signed by a Mr Altman of Newman and Altman INC, South Bend, IN

It looks like a 1964 South Bend V8 Lark/Hawk Serial Number to me.

We only wish that they made that many 1964 Hawks (for it to be the body number).
