After enlarging the second pic it appears to say 60V W1. Photos need to be closer and sharper. Maybe get one of the serial number tag too.

We can see that it is either a '59 or '60 Studebaker Lark VIII (Eight, V8), if it truly IS a body Type 'W", it would be a Four Door Sedan.

It SHOULD be a Trim Level "W4" Deluxe, or the best; a "W6" Regal", there were no Level "1's".

Cellphone, Website "screen shots" of pictures will probably not work well enough to read here, it's hard to tell WHAT that is.

It appears to be a 60V-W6 going by the photos. One can see the chrome headlight doors and the bright chrome surrounding the grille.
