Does not come on (surprise) , question is what to do with it. If there is a place that repairs them, can someone give me an idea on the cost first, and second, who repairs them? The budget won’t handle any big costs. I had the idea to put it back in with the internals out. And a modern radio inside the box, that works with remote. Speakers in kick panels. Given we are leaving the truck 6V for now, that’s less likely.

Other work completed so far, new front brakes are in, all new brake lines and wheel cylinders are in, relined rear shoes and turned rear drums be ready next week. All new fluids in, oil lines replaced, engine cooling flushed, new aluminum radiator poised to go in. Original engine runs great, complete new brake system soon to be complete.
The fuel system is next, carb rebuild, new lines, but need a gas tank!

Dan skidmore in Los Angeles repairs old studebaker to stock condition. Radio Roy upgrades old radios. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. Dan advertises in Turning Wheels. His cost is anywhere for 150-250 for a radio repair.
