Lost me at the back end. Maybe a Stude tailgate and lights from a Champ? The smoothed back just doesn't add anything to the car

I've been casually shopping for one of these for a while. I have an inquiry in on another one, might check this one out if the other doesn't work out.

I would have to get rid of the green stripes, and find some nicer wheels. I like the Caddy tail lights better than the original ones. I think something could be done to rectify the tailgate "problem."

Just my opinion, but vertical Caddy taillights are for lazy people with no imagination.

Lol, as someone who has actually built a couple 500hp engines, the time and money involved for a legitimate 500hp engine build is rather high. And they are not proud enough to include one pic?? I don't think so.

Oh I don't know the caddy lights aren't all that bad. The original elcamino lights were in the bumper, right?. That seems ok too.

I know this "kit" has been around for a while. I would hope no original Studebaker parts have been injured in this production. That said, are any of the kit's front clip parts dead ringers for the originals?
