  • Dave Bloomberg's Avanti On Display in Oregon

As many of you probably already know, Dave hauled his Bonneville Avanti up to Wilsonville, Oregon a couple of weeks ago to the World of Speed Museum. I promised him I would get over there and take some photos once it was put on display. I finally got over there this morning. Here are some of the shots I took:

I spoke to one of the docents there and gave him some of the history as I know it. I asked him about the trophies, photos and other things that came along with the car and he said they do not put those small things out for security reasons. If there were a locking display case they could exhibit them along with the car.
I took more photos. They are coming up next.

Not trying to sound ignorant, but what is a Dave Bloomberg Avanti?

Thanks for the fine documentation, Ed. I know my next stop when I'm down Newberg / Wilsonville way.

                  Junior,
Dave says he left the complete history of the car with it in Wilsonville. I do not know if it resides anywhere else. Maybe Dave will pipe in here to answer your question.
