  • Carpet Kit for 57 Golden Hawk

    I'm looking to install new carpet in my 57 Golden Hawk. Any vendor recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks Jim O
    1963 Avanti R2
    1951 Champion Convertible
    1953 Commander

    These Options may boil down to SPEED!

    Some or most Quality Custom fit Mfg'd. Carpets take a very LONG time to deliver, just HOW Fast do you need them?

      Rene Harger is the only vendor I know of that does factory-correct stuff, though there may be others.

      He made the carpeting in a '57 Broadmoor wagon I once owned. No complaints on my end.

          Anyone needing Upholstery, Headliners or Carpets for a Stude. should Plan on ordering 6-8 Months ahead of need.
          You might get it in a 4 or 5 Weeks, but I would not hold my breath.

            I have ordered 2 interiors from Rene. In both cases I had the carpet in about 1 month. Other things took longer but the carpets have been pretty quick.

                I was satisfied with Automotive Interiors carpeting for my 1962 GT Hawk. Less than three week delivery too. See my post #9 today at Thread: My first carpet installation; I need your advice!!
