Said to be original, looks pretty presentable in the pics.

    Nice looking truck. Probably a 1.5-ton model 2R16 or 16A, though it could be a 2-ton 2R17A.

      Almost a twin to my 49 2R16A.
Iroquois Blue with Cherokee Red wheels.
Same interior color. That one may be longer wheelbase than mine (mine is 131").

I know it doesn''t look like a color match, but it really is. That pic of mine is very bad color reproduction via the camera. This one is better for color.

Well, for some reason the other pic won't load.

I love the old big trucks.

Might be trying to get extra nickel out of the all-original-low-miles vibe, and watching lots of auctions on TV.

The ad says it only has 37,661 miles and it appears to look that way.

There got to be an interesting story on how it has so few miles after all these years.

A lot of these bigger trucks got limited use on fairly short trips. One of our members in South Dakota bought a 51 with 15,000 miles on it years ago. It has mostly been used to occasionally take cattle to sale. The interior was perfect.

I remember years ago my Dad and I went to an auction in Kailspell Montana to bid on a 47 1.5 ton Sudebaker with only 27,000 miles on it ..
It was good shape but had sat outside for most of its life unfortunately .. If I recall it sold for around 400 dollars .
