You might already know this, but Studebaker published chassis parts catalogs and body parts catalogs for your car. To my mind, they are more helpful than the shop manual. They have excellent professionally drawn pictures of almost every part, showing where it goes, what it is called, and a part number. Studebaker vendors use these parts numbers so you will get the correct part when you order. You can also use the books to determine if a part from another year of Studebaker will interchange.

I know it's a trivial point but, I keep typing "Studebaker Chassis and Body Parts CATALOG" every time someone mentions a "Manual", a VERY common mistake (so not picking on Roy!) so that they MIGHT get it, as to the Correct Name that these very well written and helpful books are actually CALLED.

They are also available in CD ROM form, which also works very well with BOTH Catalogs AND the Shop Manual combined as well.

Yikes! You are right. It says catalog right on the spine of the 59-64 version. Thanks for that. I learn something new every day.
