  • Arrived in Manitowoc!

We’re here and ready to party! Downtown Manitowoc is interesting, some good restaurants and watering holes. We drove to the waterfront (near the sewage treatment plant), parked at the “ fisherman parking” place, and walked out the long jetty to the harbor entrance, saw the “Big Bobber”. Lake Michigan was calm, the sun was shining, and temperature about 70. We had a great ride over from Muskegon, MI on the Lake Express ferry. There are a few Studebakers at the Holiday Inn on Saturday evening, will be looking for more.

Did you drive the Wagonaire or the Land Cruiser?

Rather than stay the whole week, I’m flying in on Wednesday evening and leaving Saturday. Hope I get a chance to visit with you and Jane!

Stephen is en-route with his shiny red ‘64 Daytona convertible in tow. He’ll probably be in Manitowoc this evening.
