  • Indiana Toll Roads.

Any of you folks know if Indiana (I-80/90) accepts the Florida toll pass? I know some states have reciprocal agreements and I hate slowing down for anything including toll booths on my way to the meet this week.

If you have SunPass Pro you should be good in the following states: Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and West Virginia. You may want to make sure your pass is SunPass Pro.

Based on the following, I'd say you can use it.

      The SunPass website is here:

It has this to say about SunPassPro:

"SunPass PRO is a portable transponder that works in Florida, Georgia and everywhere E-ZPass is accepted. SunPass PRO offers drivers the convenience of paying tolls automatically from Florida to Maine and west to Minnesota, allowing nonstop travel with just one toll account."

The I-80 / I-90 Toll Road remains one of the few toll highways in Indiana (maybe the only one). Their website page with information about E-ZPass is here:

It lists all the states where E-ZPass is accepted, but Florida has an asterisk with the following statement:

" *SEPTEMBER 1st, 2018: ORLANDO, FL — The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) and the E-ZPass Group, a network of toll road agencies operating from Maine to North Carolina and west through Illinois , announced today that the E-ZPass toll transponder will be accepted on CFX’s Metro Orlando toll roads beginning September 1, 2018. CFX is the first Florida toll agency to join the E-ZPass network bringing the total number of states served by E-ZPass to 17. Read more here: https://www.indianatollroad.org/wp-c...s_Release1.pdf "

I'm happy to live where there is no such thing as toll roads and bridges. I was out to San Fran Bay area last fall and it cost $21 to cross the bridge- once.

Thanks SBAvanti and MarkL. I looked at most of the sights and it wasn't clear to me which states were covered. I missed the site Mark listed about coverage so it goes on my windshield and I'll drive through the the exit 83 tool booth early tomorrow morning.
