Some members have had some trouble getting their room booked at the host hotel, the DoubleTree. Our room block holds the only unbooked rooms for the week so sometimes the reservations person can't see the blocked rooms. The hotel has provided us with a direct link to book our rooms within the room block:

Thank you for posting. In the past I was a bit surprised staying there as I didn't find out 'til I got there, that they charged for parking. Is there Stude-only parking? Do they still charge for parking, do you know? Thanks in advance.
