2020 International Meet Hotel Cancellation
This to remind everyone with hotel reservations for the 2020 meet to make sure you cancel those reservations if you are not going to be there. There are several hotels and the Camp Jordan RV Park that have reservations in their system.If those reservations are not cancelled the hotels can charge your credit card for the entire reservation. There are some members that intend to keep their reservations and visit Chattanooga on their own. They should also call their hotel to verify that their reservations are indeed held by the hotel.
