No More Links in Signature Lines??

How come we can't put links in our signature lines any more? Or am I just not seeing the button? All of a sudden, at least a couple of months ago, the links I had in my signature lines disappeared, and finally got a chance to try to reinstall them. But there is no link button any more, and even trying to do xxxxx doesn't work.

We did a security update about 2 months back; that might be affecting the behavior of this function, but BBCode should still work. Have you tried that?

Clark, yes, I did try the BB Code in the signature lines ...........in my original post, it was supposed to say "even trying to do [ URL ]xxxxx[ / URL ] doesn't work". So in this response I added extra spaces to keep the software from actually trying to make xxxxx a link like it did in my first post.

r1lark - I found the setting and fixed it. I was right; the update we did reset the default on link permissions in user profiles. Yours should now be working correctly (as should everyone else's).
