Not sure what I am doing wrong. Trying to use a picture for my avatar.... no matter what I do it ends up being a small pic in the left upper 1/4 of the avatar space. I have made the file larger, smaller, 3 different formats, multiple sizes. During the add process it it instructs you to drag or size it for how you want it to look but I cannot do anything with the picture. A save just creates the tiny picture in the upper left.

Hi IndStudenut - I'm not sure why the crop function is failing; I'll have to look into that.

Regardless of what size image you upload, your avatar displays at 200x200 pixels. I would advise cropping your photo to that size and then uploading to see what happens. I just did this on the test account and it worked perfectly.

Ding Ding Ding ...... That was it...... I was looking for file size info but could not find it (maybe it was there and I just wasn't seeing it). Resized it to 200x200 and it appears right or at least distinguishable. FYI file size does not seem to make a diff but pixel size for sure works.

        Thanks Showbiz

Welcome. BTW, I’ve filed a support ticket with the software vendor to see what might be causing this behavior - I’ll post here if they come back with anything useful.

I've found a setting that was incorrectly populated - the Crop function should now work properly when uploading new avatars.
