Trying to post video with sound

I have been trying to attach a file that has a 3gp extension which was not acceptable. I converted it to 2 other file extensions to no avail. What file extensions are acceptable for download?

Mridgway , I'm sorry but direct uploading of video files is not allowed to the Forum, as they consume too much server space. Please upload to a third party site like YouTube or Imgur and then link to them in your post instead.
