Body / Glass: Nitpick

I have a 1960 wagon and I'd like to know what can be done to tighten the keyhole cover on the tailgate.
Before I get all caveman on it, is there a way to tighten that rivet any to keep the keyhole cover over the key slot?

One of mine's somewhat loose also. Been afraid to try to tighten it for fear of destroying it..!
Though I do have two NOS copies for my other cars...!

I have tried tapping on the rivet with a screwdriver handle, but since that didn't do anything, I figured there may be a remedy out there.
