Body / Glass: 1929 dictator

I have a studebaker 1929 dictator serial 1448775 and on fire wall gew-3 below that 13810 can any one tell about thiscar? thanks

GE indicates 1928 - 1929 Dictator ( that model spanned two years) probably a space then W- means 4 door sedan and 3 is the trim level. The body number indicates it was the 13810th body of that style assembled.

The starting serial number was 1,410,001 so is about 38,774 from the start of assembly.

thanks, Do you know of any wood paterns for this car? Muesum did not have them. Any help would be great.

You're on your own when it comes to wood patterns. Unless you can find someone who has done it and drew detailed plans. I'm in the same position with my 27 Dictator. Between the cowl and centre door post I have no wood which is usable for a pattern.
