  • Body / Glass: how to remove window crank

    I think there's a clip(snap ring?) that holds it . I've pushed in on the door panel, but can't see anything
    any help will be appreaciated

      The video is for later cars, but it depends upon what year the car was made. Your signature is 50Pete. Does that mean your car is a 50? The 47-52 Studebakers use a different means of securing the handles. Some of them have a screw in the center of the splined shaft that is visible from the passenger compartment. Some use a square shaft with a straight pin at right angle to the shaft. On those, you push the door panel in until you can see the pin, and push the pin out with a small awl or punch.
