Frame / Springs: 39 Commander - Need Springs Info

My parts catalog lists two types of transverse front leaf springs put on my 9A - side mount, and rear mount.
The only type pictured is the type I have where the king pin mounts to a bracket centered on the end of the spring.
Do I have side mount? I don't understand the difference.

I will have to pay Eaton Springs to make a new one if I can't find one in good condition.

It sounds like you might have the side mount style. Check the vehicle serial numbers shown on pages 387 and 388. Also on page 475.
